In our 9ers restaurant we tell the regions stories, when the flavours of the region combine on the guest’s plate to create true delicacies: We like to focus on time-honoured dishes and reinterpret the classics of the Tyrolean cuisine. This results in creative compositions with an international flair that spoil our guests in the usual way, but at the same time hold little hidden surprises.
Our chefs’ work is of utmost importance to us: good cuisine is an art that has to be learned! We focus on simplicity and elegance by bringing together the best ingredients from the region. This is how we can communicate the life in the countryside with our guests, about living in harmony with nature and the aroma and tastes of the impressive mountain world.

À-la carte: 12 am – 2 pm / 6.30 pm – 8.45 pm
Breakfast à-la-carte from 7.30 am – 10 am
Lounge: drinks, coffee & cake daily from 11 am – 9 pm
Inn-bar: Cocktails & drinks daily from 4 pm – 11 pm
Tiroler Stub'm
It doesn’t get more rustic that in our Tyroler Stub’n. The Tyroler Stub’n lies at the heart of our hotel, on a place that used to be the farm kitchen. It has always been the meeting point for the whole family. Local and typically Austrian specialities are served to you throughout the day in our traditional Tyrolean inn.
We prioritise authenticity in our Tyrole Stub’n. We prepare our dishes with old recipes and place our trust in the outstanding quality of the regional products: Milk product and eggs from small, local farms, local chees direct from the dairy and fresh herbs from the mountains. You can taste the difference!
